BDM promotion at Aldermore

Linda Hide, Aldermore Asset Finance

Aldermore Asset Finance has promoted Linda Hide to the position of business development manager covering Southern England.

Hide (pictured) reports to Andrew Woodward, head of materials handling and will manage new and existing manufacturer and dealer relationships.

The materials handling team provide finance advice to manufacturers, distributors and SMEs about the sale and purchase of materials handling equipment, such as forklift trucks and automated warehouse vehicles.

Hide joined Aldermore in 2010 and has over 20 years experience of working in asset finance. She spent the past 15 years being spent in the materials handling sector.

Beofre joining Aldermore, she worked for 12 years at Barclays Mercantile and eleven years at Albury Asset Rentals.

“Linda has an extensive knowledge of the market and has developed a large number of professional relationships and a strong reputation in the materials handling sector,” said Woodward. “I would like to wish her all the best for her future career in her new sales role.”

Hide added: “Over the past couple of years the asset finance team has developed a compelling proposition for manufacturers, dealers and purchasers of materials handling equipment and I’m looking forward to developing further businesses.”
