Ian Fletcher from Move with Us presents the cheque to David Lench, managing director of Arun Estates

Move with Us has reported a record month for completions for August, with levels up 21% on the same time last year.

the property firm claimed the rise was fuelled by its “enhanced smart conveyancing service”.

“We are proud to have helped our agents to the record month they experienced,’ said Ian Fletcher, director at Move with Us.

“It’s down to the estate agents we work with as well as the team here at headquarters that have made this possible, helping everyone achieve positive results in a difficult market.”

“Thanks to our rigorous service level agreements with our partner solicitors, we are able to stick to strict conveyancing deadlines, allowing movers to take advantage of the quiet month and the bank holiday.”

Move with Us has been managing 30,000 conveyancing transactions every year and predicts levels to be 40,000 this year.

An online tracking system has been introduced while dedicated account managers are used to deal with all parties.

Arun Estates was presented with a cheque for £200,000 for completions in August (see image).
