ASAP launches remortgage conveyancing service for brokers

Published on

ASAP has expanded its intermediary proposition with the launch of a new specialist remortgage conveyancing solution aimed at improving speed, communication and visibility for brokers and borrowers.

The service will provide brokers with access to dedicated legal support focused specifically on remortgage transactions.

ASAP said the proposition has been developed in response to growing frustration among brokers around inconsistent service levels, poor communication and limited case visibility during the remortgage process.

The new solution will operate through ASAP’s existing broker panel proposition, allowing advisers to refer remortgage clients through the network while continuing to access the firm’s wider relationship management and sales progression support.

REAL-TIME CASE TRACKING

Brokers using the service will also gain access to ASAP’s Hoowla portal, which provides real-time case tracking, direct solicitor communication and additional human support where required.

The launch comes as remortgage activity remains a major area of focus for brokers amid ongoing refinancing pressures, elevated mortgage rates and increasing borrower demand for product transfers and refinancing advice.

STREAMLINED TRANSACTIONS

Lyndon Knox (main picture), broker account manager at ASAP, said: “ASAP works with mortgage brokers across the UK, helping streamline property transactions and reduce fall-through rates.

“Through our solicitor network, we help brokers deliver a faster, more seamless customer experience – because we appreciate that speed and visibility are critical.”

He added: “This new remortgage service further strengthens our broker proposition by giving advisers access to a specialist remortgage solution within our network.”

Richard Megson, managing director at ASAP, added: “Remortgage work forms a significant part of a broker’s pipeline, so it is important that we can offer a service-led route that gives brokers and their clients greater confidence in the legal process.

“This launch is another step in strengthening our broker proposition, helping advisers place more of their work through one trusted route with the support, visibility and consistency they need.”
