Aldermore unveils free bridging valuations

Published on

Aldermore is offering free valuations on all bridging applications for a limited period.

The offer is available both direct and through Aldermore’s bridging packager panel.

Fixed rates on residential investment bridging loans start at 0.64% with maximum loan sizes of £3m and facilities at up to 75% loan to value available. Commercial bridging loans start at 1.09% with lending up to £5m and a maximum of 65% LTV.

In addition, when customers are ready to exit their bridging loan, the Bank’s bridge to term offering enables them to switch to a residential or commercial product for long term funding. This is available across the Bank’s range of residential and commercial mortgages;

Charles Haresnape, group managing director for mortgages at Aldermore, said: “As part of our commitment to the bridging market, we are offering free valuations on all applications. We provide fast and flexible short-term finance that bridges the gap while longer term financing can be secured. We offer short term finance and long term support.”
