AFI alters mortgage offering

Abbey for Intermediaries AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is making changes to its mortgage range tomorrow (15 June 2012).

It is launching two new five-year fixed rate products:

  • Homebuyer, 60% LTV, 3.99% with a £995 booking fee
  • Remortgage, 60% LTV, 4.09% with a £995 booking fee

AFI is also increasing the LTV on selected 60% LTV Homebuyer products to 70% LTV:

  • Two-year fixed Homebuyer, 3.54% with a £995 booking fee
  • Two-year fixed Homebuyer, 4.04% with no booking fee
  • Two-year fixed Loyalty, Homebuyer, 3.94% with no booking fee
  • Three-year fixed Homebuyer, 3.44% with a 2.5% booking fee
  • Three-year fixed Homebuyer, 3.94% with a £995 booking fee
