Accord unveils &’039low fee&’039 85% LTV deals

Accord Mortgages has launched a new range of low-fee 85% LTV products for borrowers wishing to borrow less than £150,000.

The Yorkshire Building Society brand says the move is in response to broker feedback requesting a range of deals to cater specifically to this area of the market.

Two-year tracker rate deals start from 3.39% with a £495 fee, while two-year fixed rate deals start from 3.64% with a £495 fee.

The range also includes three and five-year deals as well as five-year offset products from 4.79% with a £995 fee.

Products with incentives such as free legal assistance and property valuation are also included in the range.
