Accord Mortgages cuts selected rates

Accord Mortgages has reduced rates on a number of fixed rate products by up to 0.20 percentage points.

Selected fixed rate mortgages at 75% and 85% LTV are being reduced.

The new mortgage range includes:

  • 3.09% two year fixed rate mortgage at 85% LTV
  • 2.99% five year fixed rate mortgage at 75% LTV

Both products come with an £845 product fee. Alternative products are also on offer with incentives including free valuation and legal fees.

Jemma Anderson, Accord Mortgages’ product manager., said: “By cutting rates across our fixed rate mortgage range and offering a range of incentives we are giving borrowers a greater chance to find a competitive mortgage to best suit their individual needs.”
