Accord cuts 90% and 95% LTV rates

Accord Mortgages is cutting rates by up to 10bps on selected 90% and 95% loan to value (LTV) products.

For house purchases, the reductions include the following:

  • 90% LTV two-year fee-free fixed rate at 2.67% (was 2.72%) with free valuation and £1,000 cashback
  • 95% LTV two-year fee-free fixed rate at 3.39% (was 3.46%) with free valuation and £1,000 cashback

For remortgage customers, the new rates include the following:

  • 90% LTV two-year fee-free fixed rate at 2.70% (was 2.79%) with free valuation, free legals and £1,000 cashback
  • 95% LTV five-year fixed rate at 3.59% (was 3.69%) with £495 fee, free valuation, free legals and £500 cashback

Jemma Anderson, Accord product manager said: “We’ve seen a positive response from brokers for the new higher LTV products launched earlier this month, so have made reductions on a number of products to ensure we remain competitive and offer real support to those with smaller deposits or equity.”
