Accord Mortgages has launched six new mortgages for 10 days only.

Rates for the 70% LTV products, which have fees of £995, are:

  • 2.59% for a two-year fixed rate mortgage
  • 2.79% for a three-year fixed rate mortgage
  • 3.09% for a five-year fixed rate mortgage.

Offset alternatives of each are available with a rate 0.20% higher than their non-offset equivalents.

The products will be available until 8pm on 6 December.

“This will be our third sale of 2012 and we hope this one is as successful as the others which proved very popular with brokers and customers,” said Steve McAvan, Accord Mortgages’ product manager.

“We want to end the year with a bang and we think we are achieving that by offering such a strong range of competitive rates at a variety of terms.”
