Zurich launches on-demand learning hub for advisers

Zurich Retail Protection has launched a new online learning hub for advisers, offering a range of on-demand resources intended to fit around busy workloads and encourage more targeted sales activity.

The platform, unveiled a fortnight ago, has already attracted almost one thousand registrations from advisers and protection professionals. Zurich said the demand reflects growing interest in flexible training options that can be accessed at any time, rather than through traditional scheduled sessions.

The Learning Hub brings together short videos, expert insights, interactive webinars and supporting materials designed to deepen advisers’ understanding of Zurich’s protection proposition. It also enables users to track CPD minutes towards the annual thirty-five-hour requirement.

Zurich said the hub was developed in response to feedback from advisers seeking learning and development that could be tailored to their own pace and priorities. The platform’s mix of formats – from live events to quick-fire video content – aims to make training easier to integrate within day-to-day workloads, while also supporting broader business development.

The first live event was published on Wednesday, exploring the future direction of the protection sector and the role technology may play in shaping adviser and administrative functions.

Louise Colley, retail protection director at Zurich UK, said: “We’re really proud of what we’ve delivered with the Zurich Learning Hub – it’s an innovative platform designed to empower advisers to grow, learn and succeed.

“As both sector and industry experts, we want to offer advisers learning opportunities that are flexible and on-demand – we believe this is key to helping advisers thrive in today’s fast-moving market.

“Not only can advisers access training and webinars, but there is also support through the resources and tools we have on offer, such as our newly launched Risk Reality calculator which brings alive the importance of why someone might need protection.”
