YBS offers legal and valuation fee help

The Yorkshire Building Society is offering a free valuation and fee-assisted legal package to all new and existing borrowers to help ease the costs associated with buying or remortgaging their new home.

The new conveyancing service on selected Yorkshire Building Society mortgages is provided in mainland UK by Solicitors Optima Legal.
