YBS 10-yr fix now 4.99%

Yorkshire Building Society has cut 0.30% off its 10-year fixed rate mortgage deal for those with a 25% deposit. The rate is now 4.99% with a fee of £995.
A similar product is also be available at 5.09% offering free legal and valuation costs for those re-mortgaging or a free valuation and £250 cashback for those moving home.
