Masthaven Secured Loans (MSL) has revealed that packager partner, Y3S, has passed the £3 million mark for completions.

Y3S has one of the longest standing relationships with MSL since the lender launched. Paul Brett (pictured), sales director at MSL, said the distributor has remained a consistent and valued introducer to the company.

He said: “We are very fortunate to have some cracking relationships with our intermediary partners. Y3S has been a valued supporter of Masthaven since the start and it is only right that they should be singled out as the first partner to exceed the £3 million mark in completions.

“Barney and Matt have carved a niche in developing one of the most forward thinking and innovative packager introducers in the market and we are delighted to be associated with them.”

Matt Cottle, commercial director at Y3S, added: “MSL and the team have always delivered what they promised. At a time when some lenders flatter with best rates and indifferent service, Masthaven has always been consistent in its service to our clients and us, which builds great confidence.

“We believe that while best rates are of great importance, MSL has been able to build a proposition that has not had to rely on being the cheapest to offer a full rounded package.”
