Y3S increases headcount

Finance broker Y3S has recruited 40 staff over the last six months to deal with the increased demand for its product range, which now includes life insurance and debt management plans, in addition to its original secured loan offerings.

The company now employs 62 staff across its product range and intends to continue recruiting throughout 2010 until the capacity of its headquarters in Cardiff Bay has been reached. At that point, it will make a decision to cater for further growth taking into account the economic climate at the time.
