Y3S has become the latest appointment to Precise’s panel of master brokers.

The Cardiff-based secured loans packager said the new products on offer from the lender will appear on its miLoan sourcing system from today.

Matt Cottle, director at Y3S, said: “We are very pleased to be the only firm in Wales on the Precise panel of specialist secured brokers handpicked for the quality and volume of business they receive from financial intermediaries.

“The rates and loan sizes on offer are of particular interest to our broker-introducers to whom we will roll out the products over the coming weeks.”

Simon Carr, Precise Mortgages’ director of secured loans, added: “I am delighted to be able to announce that Y3S has been appointed to our panel.

“This latest appointment provides further choice for those Mortgage Intermediaries wishing to include secured loans as part of their proposition.”
