Viva Costa adds three countries to international proposition

Viva Costa International has launched mortgages for Dubai, India and Poland.

This move takes its total to almost 50 countries.

Adrian Holland, managing director at Viva Costa International, said: “We have seen a 60% increase in the number of enquires for these countries in the last 12 months. The lending criteria in Dubai has significantly improved
