Virgin Money increases selected fixed rates

Virgin Money has made changes to selected fixed rate mortgages.

The changes came into force at 8pm on Tuesday 22 March.

The details are as follows:

Purchase Exclusive:

  • 80% LTV two-year fixed rate with £995 fee has increased by 0.08 percentage points to 2.14%.

Core:

  • Selected 65% – 85% LTV two and three-year fixed rates has increased by up to 0.14 percentage points.
  • Selected 65% – 75% LTV seven and 10-year fixed rates has increased by up to 0.30 percentage points.
  • Selected buy-to-let 60% LTV fixed rates has increased by up to 0.12 percentage points.
