Virgin Money cuts select purchase, remortgage and BTL rates

Virgin Money is reducing selected fixed rates today (Friday 28 March).

Details are as follows:

Exclusive Purchase
  • 80% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.03%, starting from 4.42%.
  • Fix and Switch fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.13%, starting from 4.79%.
  • 75% LTV £1m+ 2 & 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.10%, starting from 4.44%.
  • Selected Own New 2 & 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 0.50%.
  • Retrofit Boost 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.77%.
Purchase
  • 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.37%.
  • 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.24%.
  • Green 2 & 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.20%.
  • Selected Shared Ownership fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.07%, starting from 4.35%.
Exclusive Remortgage
  • Fix and Switch fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.06%, starting from 4.87%.
  • 75% LTV £1m+ 2 & 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.13%, starting from 4.41%.
  • Retrofit Boost 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.77%.
Remortgage
  • Selected 2 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.13%, starting from 4.37%.
  • Selected 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.15%, starting from 4.29%.
Exclusive BTL
  • 2 & 5 year fixed rates with £2,195 fee have been reduced by up to 0.23%, starting from 4.26%.
  • 5 year fixed rates with 3% fee have been reduced by up to 0.17%, starting from 3.82%.
  • 60% & 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates with 1% fee have been reduced by up to 0.13%, starting from 4.26%.
  • Fix and Switch fixed rates have been reduced by 0.20%, starting from 4.90%.
  • 75% LTV Retrofit Boost 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee have been reduced by 0.14%, starting from 4.93%.
BTL
  • 2 & 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by 0.10%, starting from 4.39%.
  • 75% LTV 2 & 5 year fixed rate fee-savers have been reduced by 0.10%, to 4.65%.
Product Transfer
  • Selected 85% & 90% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.12%.
  • BTL fixed rates have been reduced by 0.10%.
