Virgin Money changes Fix and Switch rates

Virgin Money is making some changes to a series of mortgage products tonight (Thursday 20 June).

The changes will take place at 8pm.

The details are as follows:

Purchase Exclusive:

  • 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.01% to 4.67%.

BTL Fix and Switch

  • 60% LTV Fix and Switch fee-saver will be reduced by 0.10% to 5.54%.
  • 75% LTV Fix and Switch fee-saver will be reduced by 0.10% to 5.64%.

In addition, the lender is also making the following changes:

  • 90% Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.09% to 5.00%.
  • 95% Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.05% to 5.35%.
  • BTL fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.31%, with rates starting from 4.78%.
  • BTL fixed rate fee-savers will be reduced by up to 0.24%, with rates starting from 5.04%.
  • 65% & 75% LTV Residential Product Transfer fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.04%, with rates starting from 4.41%.
