Vida Homeloans partners with Mortgage Intelligence

Vida Homeloans has been appointed to the Mortgage Intelligence panel of lenders for both network and club members.

Mortgage Intelligence members now have access to Vida’s specialist residential mortgage range, including two-year variable rates from 2.99% and a Fee Saver option with no product fee and refund of the valuation fee up to £650.

“We are thrilled to be working in close collaboration with Mortgage Intelligence to offer its network and club members a range of niche mortgage solutions targeted at borrowers who are overlooked by the mainstream lenders, including the recently self-employed, borrowers in or approaching retirement and those with impaired and improving credit profiles,” said Louisa Sedgwick, director of sales for mortgages at Vida Homeloans.

“Vida Homeloans also offers a ‘Buy Together’ range of residential mortgages, which enables up to four applicants to purchase a home together.”

Sally Laker (pictured), managing director of Mortgage Intelligence, added: “Vida Homeloans is an excellent addition to our lender panel. The specialist residential mortgage sector is set to grow this year and Vida’s criteria-driven product range answers the demand from our network and mortgage club members for a greater choice of specialist mortgage products to help clients that have been unable to secure mortgage finance elsewhere.”
