Smith (pictured) has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joins from Positive Lending where he spent ten months in the role of key account manager.

Helen Cawthra, head of intermediary relationships at Vida, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ollie to the business, and I am really looking forward to working with him again.

“As a company, we have big ambitions and Ollie’s experience as well as the strong relationships he has within the industry make him a great addition to our team.”

Smith added: “I am looking forward to working with Helen, Stacey, and the team again. Vida’s service and proposition has transformed over the past nine months with the introduction of the V-Hub, and it is an exciting time for the business as they work towards becoming a bank.
