VIBE Finance selects OMS

One Mortgage System (OMS) has been chosen by specialist brokerage VIBE Finance.

The newly launched directly authorised brokerage is looking to offer bridging, second charges, buy-to-let, HMOs, semi-commercial and commercial, with the help of OMS as the main CRM and all-encompassing system.

OMS offers mortgage brokers a “seamless” processing platform from enquiry to completion. It is the first system to fully two-way integrate with Precise Mortgages, Shawbrook Bank and Together Money on first charges.

It also offers AVMs, changeable workflows, drag and drop facilities, and gives its users the ability to select up to 28 lenders documentation and application forms without the need to rekey any data.

Kim McGinley, founder of VIBE finance, said: “When we were initially sourcing a CRM system – we knew exactly what we wanted but couldn’t quite find one that worked for us as a specialist broker.  We came across OMS, a system built for brokers, by brokers which in itself went a long way.

“The system has everything we need to save time to ensure that our business runs smoothly. We are continuing to work closely with the OMS team, who are both experienced and efficient, to make the system even better and more tailored for our business.”

Neal Jannels, managing director of OMS, added: “We’ve worked with Kim for some time to meet her expectations. Kim knew exactly what she wanted, and OMS covers all of her company requirements and more. We’re delighted to be working together.

“OMS has been ground breaking since launch and this is partly due to the valuable feedback we receive and how we listen and act on our customers suggestions with regards to improving the system further. Every day we are changing things to ensure OMS remains at the forefront of the mortgage tech market. And with industry experienced people like Kim using the system on a daily basis, we know all ideas and feedback will be beneficial to all parties and future OMS users.”
