VAS Group moves to larger office

VAS Group has moved into a newly refurbished 6,000 square foot office in the heart of Middlesbrough, having increased staff numbers by 100% in under three years.

The business, which last moved in autumn 2020, has seen employees double to 40 in the intervening period meaning extra room was required to comfortably house the team in a “high-tech” environment as well as allow space for future growth.

The new head office location, which is set over two floors of the same building, will be responsible for all VAS Panel operations while VAS Assurance will continue to operate from its site in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Natalie Benson, operations director for VAS Group, said: “We pride ourselves on first-rate service for lenders, brokers and valuers, and to be operating at our pinnacle we need a working environment which brings out the very best in all our staff. The new office delivers just that.

“Our growth over the last three years has been phenomenal and our targets moving forward are no less impressive,” added Louise Chapman, Commercial Director for VAS Group. “We look forward to welcoming our clients to the new premises and emphasising just what makes VAS so special, our amazing team.”
