Uinsure retains Defaqto 5 Star Rating

Published on

General insurance provider Uinsure has been awarded a Defaqto 5 Star Rating.

It is the third year running that Uinsure has received the rating.

Simon Taylor, chief executive of Uinsure, said: “I am delighted that we have been awarded the 5 Star Rating yet again. To have this seal of approval from the industry recognised leading research company Defaqto is a fantastic achievement.

“One only has to look to the devastating floods that took hold over the festive season to recognise that home insurance is essential and, with such a vital product, quality counts. The Defaqto 5 Star Rating is only given to the highest quality products with the most comprehensive features and, as such, this gives our brokers the reassurance of knowing they are offering only the highest standard products to their clients.

“But our brokers don’t just have to take our word for it. Using the Defaqto-powered comparison tool available on our website they are able to assess the features and benefits offered by all policies in the market free of charge.”

Mike Powell, Defaqto’s insight analyst, added: “Defaqto Star Ratings provide an independent rating of the level of features and benefits offered by products on the market. They provide an at a glance view of where products sit in the market in terms of feature quality and comprehensiveness with the aim of supporting consumers’ financial decision-making process.

“5 Star rated products are amongst the most comprehensive propositions on the market.”
