He will report to Jason Berry, Uinsure’s director of sales and will be responsible for creating new business and growing existing business from UK networks, mortgage clubs and large IFA practices.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining Uinsure at such an exciting time. Over the last couple of years the company has become the leading player in GI and to be able to play a part in developing furthering that growth is extremely exciting.”

Berry added: “Mark has a huge amount of experience in the sector and I’m sure he will prove to be an invaluable member of the team. As a firm we are currently experiencing a remarkable growth period and have spent the last 12 months refining our proposition, helping to position us as market leaders. With someone of Mark’s calibre on board I can only foresee that success continuing.”

Uinsure recently recruited five former-Paymentshield employees. Last month Chloe Bowden-Davies was appointed as business development manager, with responsibility for the Midlands territory. It is hugely rewarding to see some of the top people in our industry eager to come on board at Uinsure and I’m delighted to welcome our latest recruits into the fold.”
