VAS Panel, part of the VAS Valuation Group, has promoted Louise Chapman to commercial director and Natalie Benson to operations director.

Chapman (pictured), who joined the business in November 2017 before taking on the role of operations director in December 2020, will take on several responsibilities including managing and maintaining relationships with both lenders and their brokers.

Benson, who has been with the company since August 2018 as operations manager, will step-up to oversee the day-to-day running of the business.

The promotions follow November’s appointment of Ashley Kirton to the newly created role of general manager and completes the new look senior management team.

Stephen Todd, chief commercial officer, said: “Our business is foremost driven by our clients, and it’s primarily our people, supported by market leading technology, which come together to ensure the processes are as simple as possible and all valuation requirements are surpassed.”

Gina May, chief operating officer, added: “Louise and Natalie know this company inside-out, and both have exceptional skills which will ultimately reconfirms to our clients that they are at the centre of everything we do.

“They will excel in their new roles and we are committed to delivering high levels of service to our lender clients and their brokers.”
