Two new Privileged Partners for the Hinckley & Rugby

Published on

The Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has added two networks of mortgage brokers to its select group of Privileged Partners.

First Complete and Pink, both part of LSL Property Services plc, are the latest to be given Privileged Partner status, with access to increased procuration fees, semi-exclusive access to some of the Society’s most competitive rates, products such as buy-to-let offset mortgages, BDM support and guaranteed notice of product withdrawal.

Karen Hedges, First Complete and Pink’s mortgage manager, said: “The addition of Hinckley & Rugby to our lending panel is a testament to the high-level of support and widening choice we continue to offer our advisers and their clients.

“We are also very excited to receive the Privileged Partner status as not only will this offer our advisers access to exclusive products and criteria, but it will also enable them to help more people climb the housing ladder or refinance their home.”

Carolyn Thornley-Yates, the Hinckley & Rugby’s head of intermediary sales, added: “We welcome First Complete and Pink and their members as our newest Privileged Partners.

“The enhanced status of our Privileged Partners is bringing great benefit to the Society, the networks and their clients.”
