Two new BDMs for United Trust Bank

United Trust Bank has appointed two new business development managers (BDMs) to its mortgages & bridging team, developing the support it offers to brokers in London and the East of England, the Midlands, the North West and Wales.

Kerry Bradley (pictured) joins the team from Together where she was a BDM supporting brokers in London and East Anglia. Her career spans over 18 years and includes roles with Santander and Mortgage Express.

Paul Delmonte has joined UTB from Affirmative Finance where he was a BDM for the North West, Midlands and Wales.

During his career in banking and finance he has worked with NatWest in their private banking division and more recently as a commercial underwriter at Together/Lancashire Mortgage Corporation.

The pair join Nick Warren, Paul Mansell and Chris Pedlar in reporting to Mike Walters, who was recently promoted to head of sales.

Walters said: “UTB is continuing to invest in people and technology as we seek to develop and further improve the Bank’s mortgages and bridging offering to brokers across England and Wales. Kerry and Paul bring a great deal of experience between them and I’m sure they will be great additions to our successful BDM team.

“Since embarking on a program to extend UTB’s services and support to brokers beyond the traditional London and South East regions, we have seen a considerable increase in new business volumes and growing interest in the benefits UTB’s bridging and specialist mortgage products can bring to brokers and their customers.

“With our bigger BDM team out on the road supported by our excellent internal sales team, case managers and underwriters back in the office, the future for UTB’s Mortgage & Bridging business looks very bright.”
