Two more appointments at Tenet

Adviser support group Tenet has announced two appointments – a new head of regulatory policy and head of training.

Simon Thomas joins Tenet as head of regulatory policy from the Lloyds Banking Group where he was regulatory developments manager within the UK wealth division.

In his new role, Thomas will be responsible for the formulation of policy for all Tenet’s regulated businesses as well as ensuring there is an effective helpdesk for clients. In addition he will be overseeing the compliance audit activities and dispute resolution team.

He said: “I am proud of the group’s good regulatory position and hope to build upon this. The major challenge at the moment is of course to help our clients complete their RDR business transformation and deliver sound
