Two flavours of two-year fix from the Co-op

The Co-operative Financial Services (CFS) has added a two-year fixed-rate mortgage to its product range, which will be available through both The Co-operative Bank and Britannia.

The product offers two options: 3.19% up to 75% LTV and 4.49% up to 85% LTV. Both have an arrangement fee of £999.
