Melhuish (pictured) will be supporting the sales team with a range of marketing activity designed to educate and inform brokers and advisers on the Tuscan product proposition, as well as the growing opportunities within the short-term finance sector.

She has over six years’ marketing experience in the financial technology and public sectors, and joins Tuscan from Salary Finance, where she was employee communications manager, managing a diverse client portfolio across different sectors. Prior to this, she was communications officer at Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.

“Marketing our offering and overall proposition is a big part of our distribution push, and through Hannah we’ll be able to up our activity in this area, and provide all the support and information our partners need, so they’re clear on the products we offer and the support we can deliver.”

Melhuish added: “I’m diving into the bridging industry with a whole lot of enthusiasm and a fresh perspective, I’m all about making things happen. I might be new to the specialist leading industry, but my passion for finance drives me forward.

“My primary focus is on ensuring our brokers grasp the core values and extensive offerings of Tuscan Capital. With an unwavering commitment, I am excited to lead Tuscan towards greater success, leveraging our strengths to build a stronger brand and propel us towards new heights.”
