Magellan Homeloans has been appointed by TurnKey Mortgages to provide support to clients who have historical adverse credit records and are therefore unable to access mainstream mortgage products.

Norwich based TurnKey Mortgages is the broker arm of the CT Capital Group and provides specialist support to a wide range of borrowers including first-time buyers, those consolidating debts and individuals experiencing difficulties obtaining a mortgage because of their historical credit record.

Jon Sturgess (pictured), head of sales at Magellan Homeloans, said: “We’re delighted to be working with the team at TurnKey Mortgages to provide their clients with an effective and competitively priced credit repair solution.

“We guarantee they’ll receive a fast and professional service and they can rest-assured that every case will be individually assessed by a skilled underwriter.”

Andrew Turner, group chairman at TurnKey Mortgages, added: “We’re receiving an increasing number of enquiries from borrowers who have struggled to access mortgage finance because of historical debt problems. Magellan is able to help such borrowers, provided they can prove the reason for their adverse credit and also demonstrate that they haven’t incurred any further financial problems for at least the past 12 months.

“Magellan’s unique proposition is a welcome addition to our product line-up and I’m looking forward to working closely with their team during the months ahead.”
