TSB raises selected mortgage rates

TSB has made changes to rates on a selection of its mortgages. 

The rises will affect a selected range of fixed and tracker rate mortgages as well as TSB’s buy-to-let offering.

The three-year homemover fixed mortgage will see an increase of 0.10 percentage points with a LTV of 80-85% and 0.15 percentage points for homemovers with a LTV of 75-80%.

Selected products from TSB’s two-year homemover, remortgage and buy-to-let ranges, both fixed and trackers, will increase by between 0.10 and 0.30 percentage points.
