TSB makes selected residential rate reductions

TSB Bank has announced a number of changes to its residential range of mortgages.

The changes will be effective from 4 December.

First-time buyer and house purchase two and five-year fixed (five-year ERC) 0-60% LTV rates will be reduced by up to 0.40 percentage points.

Meanwhile, first-time buyer and house purchase two-year fixed 80-85% LTV rates will be cut by 0.30 percentage points.

In addition, remortgage five-year fixed (five-year ERC) 0-60% LTV rates will be reduced by 0.35 percentage points.
