The Bank is now extending its Fix and Flex mortgage for brokers helping homebuyers looking for a mortgage with 95% LTV. TSB is the only lender to offer a 10-year fix rate mortgage for buyers with a 5% deposit.

TSB’s new stepped mortgage, at 95% LTV, has also been added to the range of mortgages available to brokers.
