Two-year buy-to-let mortgages with an LTV under 60% will see increases of between 0.05 and 0.25 percentage points on both fixed and tracker mortgages.

In addition, two-year buy-to-let mortgages with a higher LTV above 60% will see an increase of 0.25 percentage points on selected products.

Across the whole range, rates for zero fee products remain unchanged.
