TSB cuts rates in buy-to-let range

Published on

TSB is reducing rates across a range of buy-to-let mortgages for property buyers and remortgagors, with some rates being cut by up to 0.40 percentage points.

The lowest new rate is 2.09%, with a £1,995 product fee, for a buy-to-let two-year fixed-rate mortgage available to property buyers and remortgagors with a 0-60% loan to value (LTV).

Landlords who are looking to remortgage or purchase a property could use rate cuts of between 0.05 and 0.40 percentage points across two, three and five-year fixed rate and tracker mortgages, along with cashback of £250 available across all of TSB’s buy-to-let product range.
