TSB is reducing rates on a range of buy-to-let and residential mortgages.

Landlords will benefit from rate reductions of up to 0.35 percentage points over a range of two, three and five year terms.

In addition, TSB will be reducing its rates by up to 0.30 percentage points across a selection of its residential mortgages. The biggest reduction will be the homemover two-year fixed which will see rates reduced from 4.09% to 3.79% for customers with a loan-to-value (LTV) of 90-95%.

Other residential mortgages which have reduced rates for home movers and those remortgaging include TSB’s two, three and five-year fixed rate mortgages and its two-year tracker.

TSB has expanded its intermediary range of three-year fixed rate mortgages to support homeseekers with a LTV of 90-95%. The mortgage has a fixed rate of 3.98% with a fee of £995.00.
