Curatolo was previously with Barclays Wealth International where she worked in the International Mortgage division. Before that, she held senior underwriting positions at Abbey for Intermediaries.

Nicky Pack Joins Omni Capital as senior office administrator. Her dual responsibilities in this newly-created role consist of support for the lender’s broker-facing sales team and all aspects of post-completion portfolio management.

Angela Bowder is appointed to the new infrastructure role of finance officer in which she has key responsibility for the management of the company’s internal accounting and finance systems, including payment of intermediary commissions and fees.

A finance specialist by training and experience, she has held a range of accounting positions at a variety of organisations.

The three will be based at the lender’s operations centre in Watford.

“Since successfully re-launching our lending offering in September 2011, we have enjoyed steady, incremental growth in the business,” said Colin Sanders, chief executive officer of Omni Capital. “As we grow our numbers, so will we the team. But it’s important to recruit – and retain – the right calibre of person.

“Maria, Nicky and Angela fit the bill perfectly. I’m delighted they’ve chosen Omni as their next career steps, and look forward to working closely with each of them as we take the company forward to its next phase of expansion.”
