TrigoldCrystal unveils client comms service

Published on

TrigoldCrystal has unveiled a new service offering advisory firms the ability to provide regular consumer emails and newsletters to clients.

The Client Communications service ensures all items are branded for each firm and sent on their behalf by TrigoldCrystal.

The business says the service’s aim is to help firms maintain regular contact with all their clients, provide “useful and timely” information, and generate leads.

The service, which is available via subscription, will give firms monthly emails to their clients called ‘Snapshots’ and a quarterly e-magazine called FinancialSense.

Snapshots are analyses of different products and services sent as branded emails and FinancialSense is a detailed market view and new opportunities.

David Thompson, sales and marketing director of TrigoldCrystal, said: “The financial world is becoming increasingly competitive and firms need to have their voices heard. Through our Web Tools and Websites we are helping hundreds of firms represent themselves on the web and have a first-class online presence.

“Now we are taking this one step further by providing a professional, easy, and efficient way for firms to keep in regular contact with their clients and help improve their finances.

“The service is incredibly straight-forward to set up and the emails and magazines are branded and personalised for each firm. The service is a great way for a firm to keep in touch with its clients as well as provide them with really useful information. The more informed clients are about their finances the more they engage with advisers making this activity a win-win for both.

“We are especially excited to be bringing this essential service to the market at a time when intermediaries have to fight so hard for business. When it comes to communications and marketing we’ll be making life a little easier.”
