Trackers gain popularity in July

Mortgage borrowers opted for trackers and discounts in July, according to national broker Mortgageforce

This compares to June, when more than 75% of applicants moved to fixed mortgage rates

Instead, July saw fixed rate applications accounting for 63% of applications
