Together hires regional development director for Scotland

Together has appointed a new regional development director as it expands its distribution in Scotland.

Steven Clark (pictured), who has 14 years of experience in financial services, has joined the group’s commercial team and will work with businesses, property investors, entrepreneurs and professional sector firms across the country, to introduce them to Together’s specialist finance offering.

He has held previous roles in the Bank of Scotland, Halifax Intermediaries and RBS.

Clark said: “Together is a company which is willing to invest and grow – bucking the trend in the sector – and this is a massive opportunity to spread its message of common sense lending north of the border. In my new position, I will be making sure businesses and individuals in Scotland know about our offering and understand how we can help them access funding to meet their needs.”

Daniel Owen-Parr, head of professional sector and auction at Together, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Steven to the team as we build our brand across mainland UK. He has an impressive track record within the industry and will be able to use his skills and experience to further increase our presence among professional partners across Scotland.”
