Together hires corporate sales director for London & SE

Together has strengthened its corporate finance team with the appointment of experienced financial services professional Artin Namoni as corporate sales director for London and the South East.

Namoni (pictured), who has more than 15 years’ experience in UK and European markets, will focus on developing relationships with corporate clients and advisers as the Manchester-based lender pursues its expansion strategy across the country.

He said it was “a really great opportunity to join what in my opinion is the UK’s largest and best alternative finance provider” and to work with a “dynamic team” to grow the firm’s presence in the capital and surrounding region.

Namoni began his career as corporate development manager for Germany’s ASK Foods Group before moving to London to join commercial broker Christie Finance, arranging property-related finance in sectors including care, leisure and hospitality.

He went on to set up and lead a sales team at debt fund Formax Credit, and later became a relationship manager at Allied Irish Bank, focusing on property and leveraged debt originations.

In 2019 he joined financial consultancy Sedulo, where he was promoted from head of finance to commercial lending director during his four years with the firm.

Together’s corporate finance division arranges funding such as bridging loans and commercial mortgages, typically ranging from £1m to £20m, for corporate clients. The lender’s loan book now approaches £8bn.

Chris Baguley, corporate managing director, said: “It’s clear from Artin’s professional background that he’ll be a tremendous asset to the team.

“IHe has a varied and wide breadth of knowledge in corporate property finance and joins at an exciting time for the business as we continue our ambitious growth across all areas of the UK mainland.”
