From 12pm Friday 13 September until 9am Monday 16 September, The Mortgage Works’ TMW Online will be unavailable.
The lender is upgrading the system with the new TMW Online application process.
This means that any submitted DIPs will need to reach a DIP accept or decline by 12pm Friday 13 September.
The Mortgage Works said that if brokers are unable to provide the information this time, they will need to re-key and submit their DIP on Monday 16 September.
