TMW makes changes to product range

Published on

The Mortgage Works (TMW) has updated selected products across its buy-to-let and prime residential ranges.

The specialist lending of the Nationwide Building Society has cuts rates on all of its two-year fixed ‘let to buy’ products, although it has increased selected buy-to-let, ‘let to buy’ and prime residential products.

It has also introduced a 0.50% fee on the TMW Prime Lifetime Variable product.

TMW has withdrawn certain rates on buy-to-let and ‘let to buy’ also.
