TMW increases some residential mortgage rates

The Mortgage Works (TMW) has increased selected two-year fixed and tracker rates (up to 75% LTV) by between 0.05-0.20 percentage points in its residential mortgage range.

New rates include a two-year tracker rate at 2.19% (BBR+ 1.69%) up to 70% LTV, with a 1% fee, available for purchase and remortgage.

There is also a two-year fixed rate at 3.14% up to 75% LTV, £595 fee, with free standard valuation and free standard legal fees, available for remortgage.

Purchase products include a two-year tracker rate at 2.59% (BBR+ 2.09%) up to 70% LTV, £595 fee, with free standard valuation.
