TMA to hold DA conference series

Published on

TMA is to hold conferences for directly authorised advisers in five different locations around the country from 17 June to 22 July 2015.

The five business conferences will be based on TMA’s theme of inspiration and will run from 9.30am to 1.15pm.

The events will include a mixture of presentations and roundtable sessions from a range of lenders and protection providers including Assureweb, Aviva, Castle Trust, IRESS, Kent Reliance, NatWest, Shawbrook, Virgin Money, Zurich and more.

The events will provide advisers with the opportunity to hear about the latest developments in the market, including impending regulation such as the Mortgage Credit Directive.  The conferences will give advisers the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the issues affecting them with other advisers, lenders and the protection providers present.

The roadshows will take place on the following date and venues:

  • 17th June 2015 – Manchester: Mere Golf Club
  • 26th June 2015 – Midlands: Birmingham Motorcycle Museum
  • 9th July 2015 – London: Hilton Watford
  • 14th July 2015 – York: York Racecourse
  • 22nd July 2015 – Newport: Celtic Manor

David Copland, director of TMA, said: “The business conferences have been organised by TMA to provide DAs with the help and support that they need, while providing them with the inspiration to grow their business and offer their clients the very best service. This will be the second series of business conferences hosted since the re-launch of TMA and we’re looking forward to an even bigger success than our last events held at the end last year.

“At TMA, we are looking to inspire the mortgage industry as part of our drive to give back to our advisers.  The conferences will be based on our recent campaign #TMAinspired which is aimed at gearing our DAs up with the right tools to stay inspired moving forward.”
