TMA increases proc fees

The Mortgage Alliance (TMA) has increased the procuration fees it pays to its members.

Proc fees have risen by 10 basis points from 0.25% to 0.35% on Northern Rock mortgage products and to 0.30% on Halifax products.

TMA also pays out 0.34% on Leeds products and 0.32% on Coventry products.

Phil Whitehouse , head of The Mortgage Alliance, said: “TMA has always fought hard to get the best deals for brokers but now has the added strength and impetus of LSL behind it to help make this happen.
