TMA Club partners with Tandem Bank

TMA Club has become the latest club to announce a partnership with specialist lender Tandem Bank.

Directly Authorised (DA) brokers who are members of TMA will gain access to Tandem’s range of residential and second charge mortgages, designed to assist underserved customers who do not meet the high street approach of a minimum credit score or automated process.

Lisa Martin (pictured), development director at TMA, said: “As consumers balance environmental concerns with the challenges of the cost-of-living crisis, we are proud and excited to partner with Tandem Bank in a move which further enhances TMA’s broad panel of bespoke lending solutions for all borrower needs.

“It’s fantastic that Tandem has designed products with underserved customers in mind, and we look forward to seeing its mortgages add value for brokers and buyers alike.”

Roger Morris, director of mortgage division sales and distribution at Tandem Bank, said: “We are proud to have partnered with TMA Club, one of the UK’s leading mortgage clubs, making it easier for brokers across the UK to offer affordable and green mortgages to consumers.

“We look forward to helping TMA’s members benefit from our wide range of specialist products and our unique blend of technology and manual underwriting processes, which allows us to individually assess each application on its merits.”
