TMA Club adds CHL Mortgages to panel

TMA Club has announced the addition of CHL Mortgages to its lender panel.

Directly Authorised (DA) brokers who are members of TMA will have access to CHL Mortgages’ range of specialist buy-to-let solutions.

CHL Mortgages offers solutions suitable for first-time landlords through to experienced clients with portfolios. The company lends to a range of individuals and Limited Companies across houses, flats, shared accommodation, new builds, houses of multiple occupancies (HMO) and multi-unit freehold blocks.

CHL offer a ‘flexible’ underwriting approach, with no maximum number of properties in a portfolio and stress rates from 125% at pay rate across all five-year products.

Lisa Martin, development director at TMA, added: “We are excited to be offering CHL Mortgages’ products to our DA intermediaries in this move which further strengthens TMA’s offering, and which will help brokers to support first-time landlords and experienced buy-to-let clients.

“At TMA, we are continually expanding our panel to ensure our brokers have a wide range of choice when dealing with all types of borrowers, and we are pleased to be able to provide DA firms with a broader range of options to help them achieve great customer outcomes.”

Ross Turrell, commercial director at CHL Mortgages, added: “We’re delighted to have joined TMA’s lender panel and look forward to helping their DA brokers deliver the best possible service for clients with access to our products.

“The team at TMA Club and their experience match our ethos perfectly when it comes to the specialist buy-to-let market. We are confident that our range of products will be a welcome addition to TMA’s brokers.”
